Our story
First of all we are a couple — Nicola and Valentina — who built a family and created nests to live in. From our union three wonderful daughters were born, and with them our places of the heart: homes where we gather to share unforgettable moments, where every corner bears the mark of those who imagined and lived in them.
Out of our love for family and our passion for beauty and harmony, our homes are the fruit of deep, personal care. From the choice of fabrics to the furnishings, the works of art, the experience we want to give: every small detail — nothing is left to chance.
L'HOME holds this philosophy: that of opening our homes not as entrepreneurs, but as hosts.
The idea of sharing our homes — during certain periods of the year — with families or groups of friends was born from the wish to offer something more than mere lodging: an authentic experience, in places that touch the soul.
We draw inspiration from xenia, the sacred code of hospitality in ancient Greece, under the protection of Zeus. The host welcomes the stranger — knowing they may conceal a divinity — offers shelter and makes them feel at home. The stranger, in turn, gives back respect and gratitude. A mutual, sacred bond, passed down from generation to generation.
It is in this spirit that we receive you, hoping that whoever crosses the threshold of our homes will feel welcomed as a treasured guest, and will love and respect them as they would their own.

Un sacco di spazio, appartamento fatto con molto gusto, con incredibili opere d'arte e libri d'arte. Cucina attrezzata: sono riuscita a preparare pasti indiani sontuosi senza problemi. Marco San Zaccaria sia in traghetto che in taxi acqueo e le istruzioni per l'appartamento sono chiare. Camp Santi Filippo e Giacomo è una bella piazza alla fine della strada con ristoranti e altri servizi (Conca D'Oro forse la scelta migliore). Grazie a Valentina per averci aiutato dopo l'orario di lavoro con domande sul riscaldamento: funziona davvero!”

“Meraviglioso soggiorno a Monaco a casa di Valentina. Prenotazione last minute per un viaggio e check-in facile, con possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in anticipo. Ottima posizione, e consiglio vivamente l'uso degli impianti di risalita pubblici. Uno vicino alla casa ti porta direttamente a Sainte Devote, e il casinò è una piacevole passeggiata in discesa.
